15 year old Kira is unusual. Her gift is incomprehensible. 17 year old Dan is a warrior at heart. His gift in battle is astonishing. The Invisible One has brought them together for a purpose, now it is their responsibility to make sure that purpose is fulfilled, while keeping themselves alive. The Invisible One has called them to search for the Meaning of Life. The journey is dangerous, the road long, and the risk high, but neither of them are willing to give up. Their precious cargo is motivation, but Darkness is abundant. Tests and trials follow them at every turn, but the will to persevere is stronger.

Sound Effects Part 2
By: Cynthia Steven
Selene Violet kept her head down, walking through the hallways thinking, 'Why in the world am I here...?'
Selene asked this question to herself frequently. Mostly because of the reason she ALSO went to "The Academy". What kind of talent did she have? All she was (or, at least appeared to be) was a frail, normal girl with split-ended brown hair, vintage clothing, the shyness factor lower than a koala, and was the target of all the bullies.
"Move it, freak," a popular freshman said shoving her into a group of lockers. Selene didn't need to look back to know that was Claire Grae who pushed her, and her group and her were laughing at her.
Selene stumbled and accidentally pushed the locker to another freshman's locker close. "I'm sorry," she managed to mumble out, for she could tell that this girl would soon end up in Claire's game and become a popular.
"No problem!" the girl said giving her a warm smile.
Selene stood there speechless. How could a popular-to-be possibly be nice??
She quickly walked away from the scene, never daring to look back at the one girl who could raise her back up from despair.
Part 3 Coming ONLY if told liked. If not, Sound Effects will be discontinued by the author.

Sound Effects Heads Up!!
Hey y'all!! Story Sharer here!! Just wanted to tell you that if I'm not banned from my iPod, Part 2 for Sound Effects should be out tomorrow, February 29!! Hope you like it!!!
Btw, here's a behind the scenes with me, talkingto the author.
The author is in italics, just so you should know.
-----
So, why did you want to start writing this book?
Well I have to say Lemonade Mouth is definitely one of my favorite movies, so it really did inspire me to write Sound Effects.
So, is this book for just any age, or someone specific?
Um... It's definitely not for kids under 9, I can tell you that!! I suggest if you have high maturity, because it's sorta for teens and what not.
So let's talk about the characters. Makenzy Norse. Why exactly did she move in the first place? And, into a vacation home?
Makenzy's dad, as it mentions, works in a local radio station. She knows nothing about the warm, sunny state of Florida from being in some-what snowy Montana. Her dad was transferred to Jax after a new DJ was added in, mixing up the schdules. And I guess I forgot to mention the Norses happen to be a little on the rich side. You can get that clue just from the school Makenzy goes to. But that's not always how it was...
What do you mean?
I guess you'll have to wait and see!!
Alritey then!!
-----
That was the interview, I hope y'all will enjoy part 2!!
Happy Birthday, Mackenzie!!

By: Karilyn Hall
Chapter 1
Four Years Later...
"Peter! Ninja! Whatever your name is!" Queen Kari yelled for the service of her most trusted person. She was the ruler of the Good Side. Now, they were having a disagreement with the Dark Side, ruled by Queen Camellia.
"My lady," Kari's right hand girl, Joyce, said peeking her head around the door frame, behind her was her assistant, Melody.
"Come in, girls," the queen said. "Now where's my ninja?" she whined."Have you seen my ninja?" she asked the two who were now bringing in a note from Skylar, Camellia's assistant.
"Who? Peter, my lady? Why, he's in the hallway," Melody responded.
"You call, Kari?" Peter asked coming in.
"Yeah, go put on that ninja stuff, we're going to the dark side." Kari said getting up from her beautiful throne.
"Those are never good words..." Joyce put in a whisper.

Spring Cleaning Preview - Amelia Norse
Middle school: the last place you'd expect someone like me, a renowned world traveler, to land. But our plane has touched down in tiny Berea, Kentucky, where I'm actually supposed to live for three months. No Starbucks, no Gucci or anything--my life is so over!
That's what twelve-year-old Sophie Onette thinks when her dad announces she'll be spending three whole months with her art-obsessed mom while he does special business without her. Sophie's been in a lot of cities and towns over the years, but none as boring as Berea. And of all things she'll have to attend--shrieks!--public school. But as Sophie settles into life in Berea, she soon finds the little town has a lot to offer, and maybe, just maybe, three months isn't enough.

Why Life Isn't a Movie
By: Amelia Norse
With life
There's no pause button
You can't read the book first
Or have your best friend tell you the ending
You can't skip the scary parts
You can only watch your favorite scene once
When you cry it isn't fake
You can't do it over and over again until you get it right
What doesn't make sense never ends up making any sense
And there's no director to tell you how to act
Life doesn't always have a happy ending
And you can only watch it once.
